While so many of us celebrated France’s National Assembly resolution equating anti-Zionism with antisemitism, there are Jews who behave in the age-old way of self-loathing Jews, something that has a long history. A bunch of idiots wrote a letter to the French newspaper Le Monde protesting the resolution.They claim that there are antisemites among those who regard themselves as Zionists. And they claim that opposition to the Zionist entity which is occupying and oppressing the Palestinian Arabs cannot be necessarily be regarded as an antisemitic stance.
They may consider themselves to be members of the intelligentsia but they are certainly not very intelligent. They seem to think it is smart to tell off those who recognize the human rights of Jews.
Are those Jews who write to foreign governments encouraging them to force Israel to do what they think is right (even though the bulk of the Israeli population disagrees with them) any different from the Hellenized Jews who invited the Greeks into the Temple to desecrate it? Remember, that act led to the Maccabian War that we now commemorate at Hanukkah.
Just thought you might like to see the list of 43 Israeli academics 42 of whom receive a salary from us, the tax paying people of Israel. Many of the others also have clearly Israeli names but they are teaching at universities in other countries. The total list of Israeli and non-Israeli Jews is 127. it is sad to see that when members of France’s parliament are fighting against antisemitism, Israeli professors are fighting them. Once again, Israeli academics who live off of public funds are taking advantage of their positions to promote anti-Israel activities. This results in irrevocable damage toward the Jewish State, and the time has come for Israeli academia to root out this phenomenon.

Perhaps what is most heartening to see is that about a quarter of those on the list above have professor emeritus status, meaning they are no longer teaching, reducing the impact of their anti-Zionism on the next generation (at least a bit).
